  • Led the US Payroll product from spec to launch, managing a team of three engineers, two of them senior. Built an internal SDK that auto-generated backend APIs, schemas, and types from a single source of truth, cutting boilerplate across every feature and shortening both time-to-launch and ongoing delivery speed.
  • Led the migration off a Svelte monolith to Next.js/Node.js to improve developer velocity and lay a scalable foundation ahead of a new product and revenue line, architecting the monorepo from scratch and owning tooling, logging, observability, and 90%+ of the new codebase.
  • Designed the multi-tenant architecture end to end, enforcing data isolation via row-level security, and matching access controls at the application layer.
  • Owned Autopay, a mission-critical payments feature, from engineering spec to production, building automated draft-and-pay scheduling, variance alerting and a full audit log for compliance and traceability.← my favourite
